 The property is a guest house that works on the first floor of a building from the 8th century. The owners provide a really close, personal attention to the guests, and even manage another lodging placed on the third floor of the same construction. Soggiorno Gloria was opened in 1999, and since then it has welcomed tourists from all over the world - the staff speaks Greek and Philippine, among other languages. |
 Last year a complete renovation was carried out: now Soggiorno Gloria features six guestrooms equipped with plasma tvs and massage jets at the showers of the bathrooms. They are really comfortable units with views on Via Nazionale - the street where the lodging stands - and the market of San Lorenzo. |
 The latter is one of the most active spots in Florence, selling food and craftwork: here you will be able to gather some souvenirs before leaving the hotel at the end of your holidays. The location of the property is pretty convenient too, as Santa Maria Novella train station can be reached in only 7 minutes walking. This way it will be easy for your arrival, even if you come from the airport, and you will also have the chance to travel a bit farther -maybe to Pisa or Siena, for example, on your daily outings. |
