Heating was a problem. I was told by the receptionist that the heater would be on only for a few hours during the evening and then again in the night. It was really cold and the first day I could not sleep as well ... Heating is a problem... charge a bit more if you need to cover the costs but pls dont leave ur guest in the cold at night when he has no one else to contact
