• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 8pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price per night includes continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the price includes heating/air conditioning.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle at the check in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at the second floor, you can use the elevator just for one floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartment has a Terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms have a little private balcony, one of them has the direct access to a Terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV in any rooms with Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is Air conditioning including in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there isn't.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have Internet Wi-Fi, so you can use Internet with your own computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't but we can suggest you where you can go.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a convention with a nearby garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 5 minutes from the Hotel there are the most important rent car companies
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Is the Airport of Florence at only 20 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we haven't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Is in Piazza Antinori at only 10 mt from here.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Is the main train station of Santa Maria Novella, at only 5 minutes by walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't but we can suggest you where you can go.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they aren't.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't but we can suggest you where you can go.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can use the WiFi service.
