You may cancel your reservation without penalty til 4 days before check- in day accessing to your Reservations page. One night rate will be charged for no show or cancellation after the 4 day limit.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 96 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in : the rooms are available from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. In case of later arrivals, please communicate the delay via e-mail or phone as soon as possible. Guests will be given the keys upon arrival, so they are free to come and go as they like.
