- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 11pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The daily rate is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is included in the price. It consists of a tray full of salty and sweet delicacies, tea and coffee. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, it is possible. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, German and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors but Sogna Firenze spreads out only the first one and no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all the rooms are romantic and furnished in typical florentine style. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, three of our rooms do. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. Smoking is forbidden in all our rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a Color Tv in each of our rooms but without international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, there is not. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. We offer a free Internet point. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking and indoor garage facilities nearby. - Where can we rent a car?
There are some car rentals nearby.

Amerigo Vespucci (Peretola) airport at 5 km. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not but there is a convenient shuttle bus running from the airport to Santa Maria Novella railway station. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is "Porte Nuove" at 50 metres far from the property. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is 2Santa Maria Novella" 15 minutes walking distance. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not but there is a private fitness centre opposite the property. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, small size pets are welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not but there are many dining options nearby. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
