• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price depends on how many people stay in the apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, there is no breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Deposit is requested on reservation and the rest of payment on your arrival or by bank transfer before arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We have no reception but the languages spoken are English, Italian, Russian, Japenese, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is located on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Very quit, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can provide all the information you need.
