• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our breakfast served anytime at the Caffè Rondinelli, is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Third floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes all our rooms are romantic, quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No the rooms don't have any terrace, only big windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is free air conditioning all the year without any charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an agreement with the garage next to our building, which will offer very special rates to our customers.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We have a special price with La Maggiore and other car rentals.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola-Amerigo Vespucci airport (8 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Tornabuoni.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella (100 meters).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but the rooms have Jacuzzi tub or shower.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
