Very good situation in the heart of Florence, on one of the most beautiful streets of the city. The only one disadvantage was to climb up the stairs few times a day(but after training it was not so terrible). We enjoyed our stay at the Tornabuoni Petite Suite.

The location was very ideal and was in the center of all major tourist attractions ... The stay was wonderful and service was outstanding. The suites were very clean and modern, it made us feel as if we were staying in a five star hotel.

I arrived 20 minutes later than anticipated. After I called the hotel number someone arrived within 10 minutes to let me in. ... The hotel is right in the heart of Florence, very close to the train station and to the shops and the Duomo. A lovely place to stay. The only bad point is that you have to climb four flights of stairs to get to the hotel. It's an old building so there's no elevator. Not good if you have many heavy suitcases. ... The hotel was small and informal. At checkout I just left the keys at the reception desk. ... Lovely traditional and quiet. The only bad thing is the four flights of stairs. They can be quite tiring!

Receptionist awaited our arrival at 2:00 am. I had emailed in advance but given this arrival time is quite unusual I appreciated the gesture. ... Very flexible and pleasant. ... Very nice, great location and great if you do not need the normal hotel experience.

Very central to everything, beautifully maintained, lots of stairs, but we were warned and it really wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend and/or stay there again!

a note was left for me to ring a couple of numbers . as I speak Italian AND had a mobile that was OK. It might have been tricky otherwise ... loved it ... had to ring to check out but that was OK and felxible. Fine. ... My room had a wonderful view down the main street. Smashing place. ... Luxurious amazing value for central Florence but obviously not a 'hotel' experience, much more like staying in your own flat. Ideal if yuo like independence.

There was only a mix-up because we had changed our reservation 3 times before we arrived. Otherwise, I'm sure it would have been fine. We were only delayed 10minutes, so this is not a negative response. ... A marvelous room and location. The coffee shop next door was also wonderful. ... I would alert people that they have to walk up several floors and there is no elevator. ... I would tell anyone that they absolutely should use this property!
