• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in: from 1 pm.
  Check out: before 11 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. Continental (fuit juice, cereals, toast, butter and jam, tea/coffee, yoghurt, fruit.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor and first floor. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available within the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  A car can be rented at Florence Airport and in several agencies in town.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest supermarket and food stores are in Fiesole
  (7 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest efficient bus service is in Fiesole. Bus n.7 to the center of Florence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Campo di Marte Station (8 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a very good tuscan Trattoria two minutes walk from the house.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
