Spaceous room. Clean bathroom, but very small shower cubicle and sheet-like towels that didn't absorb moisture.

We had one problem. The last night we find out we have no water in our bathroom. And in the next day we had to take a shower in another bathroom, because the problem was not solved. There was no explanation or apologize from the hostel.

Is a very nice place to stay in Florence. Was a little bit hard to get by car, but the bedroom was nice, the bathroom was clean and the breakfast was good.
We spent a lovely days in the hostel.

The room is quite small but enough for single. Also the bathroom seems not have a drain. Bedroom is not clean.

Credit card is not available, cash only. As I checked out, there was no enough cash with me. I had to look around to find a ATM.

The receprionist was very friendly and kind, despite language difficulties she helped us out with all details of checkin and later the other receptionist helped us organise some tours around Florence. Very pleased with both staff members.

Maybe the breakfast was simpler than described on the website (can't quite remember) - it was very simple just 1 roll and 1 crosoint, jams and tea/coffee

Clean and simple, close to train, quiet, roomy, appreciated that it sleeps a family of 5 in one room, good value for money.

very welcoming and clean a very pleasent stay however the bed was very hard and there was no tv in the room but that turned into a plus as i was forced out at night and saw frienze at night which was very sepcial.

fabulous location, perfect for all attractions and restraunts. Very clean and comfortable whilst being simple and traditional in decor and the locaiton alshough central is very quiet at nigt.
All the staff are welcoming and friendly.
Highly recomended I haev stayed there twice.

We appreciated receiving a map of Florence & advice about the hop on hop off bus. The receptionist marked the position of the hotel on the map for us and was very helpful.

We asked the receptiontionist ( a different one to that on our arrival) if she could recommend a similar quality accomodation in Siena, our next destination but she was unable recommend anywhere.

Clean quiet & spacious rooms. We found the shower box very narrow - could be challenging to an elderly or larger guest. Good breakfast. Very convenient location nearby the train station and buses nearby made it easy for us to get around. Walking distance to the main attractions.

Would have liked better lighting in the room.
Due to mosquitos--we needed to keep our windows closed. (We would have liked to keep them open.) There was stagnant fountain/pool water in the courtyard below.
