Coming by Plane
- Airport Amerigo Vespucci of Florence- 6 km far from the city centre. You can reach Valeri Apartment by taxi or by bus (volainbus). The bus will take you to the main railway station (S.M.Novella), from where you can take bus "A" up to Via Pellicceria (the bus stop is at 10 metres far from us). You will find the apartment at number 2.
- Airport Galileo Galilei of Pisa- 90 km from Florence. Take the train leaving directly from the airport to S.M.Novella of Florence. Once there follow as below.
Coming by Train from Santa Maria Novella Station:
By Taxi- you can find a taxi stand in front of the railway station.
By Bus- The bus stops are in front of the railway station. Take the electric bus "A" to the bus stop near Taxi station, till Via Pellicceria n°2
On foot- Valeri Apartment is situated about 15 minute walk from S.M.Novella railway station. From the station walk in the direction of Piazza del Duomo,
along via Cerretani. at the beginnig of Piazza del Duomo turn right in Via Roma. You have to walk towards Piazza della Repubblica till Piazza del Mercato Nuovo ( ogge del Porcellino). Turn Right in Via Porta Rossa for some metres and you will find Via Pellicceria. On the left hand-side you will find Piazzetta di Parte Guelfa. The apartment is set at number 2, 2nd floor (ring Valeri).
Coming by Car
From South Italy take A1 Highway exit Firenze Certosa, follow in direction city centre and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit. Drive for few kilometres and continue on Via Romana, Piazza Dè Pitti, Via De'Guicciardini, Ponte Vecchio. Turn left onto Lungarno Degli Acciaioli, then take Vicolo Dell'Oro, Borgo Santi Apostoli, Chiasso Di Manetto, Via Delle Terme, Chiasso Di San Biagio and you will arrive in Via Pellicceria 2.
Please Note- Valeri Apartment is situated in a ZTL area which means an area with limited traffic access (only residents). Only at certain hours of the day cars are allowed into this part of the city. |
