The directions were ok and being fairly familiar with the immediate vicinity, we knew the location of the apartment. WE drove to the apartment and what made it difficult to reach was that certain streets leading to the apt were 'one way', etc. It was the owner who met us and she is a very nice lady. She took time out to explain features of the apartment as well as other facilities nearby which we may need (internet, grocery, etc).

The descriptions and images were accurate. The place felt clean -- apartment, linens, kitchen utensils, etc. What we did not expect was some noise from the restaurant/bar below which is not within the owner's control. The kindness and warmth of the owner more than made up for it. A mobile phone for the apartment(not a landline) was provided which proved to be even more convenient.

Very helpful receptionist, and we got an appartment that fullfilled, and even looked better, in reality. There was juice, water and milk in the fridge waiting for us, as well as snacks, jam, bread, coffe and tea. All very clean and nice. Even morning robes and slippers for all of us.

The apartement was very nice, and we would defenitely rent it again. We will recommend it to our friends.

Due to delayences on the train we did not meet before departure, but spoke on phone and arranged where to put the keys etc.
