• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 05.00 to 08.00 pm. (extra charge for late arrivals Eur 100)
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are on the first floor. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private, quite and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  You will find your linens and towels in the apartment ready for your use.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is no terrace in the apartments.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We don't have any non smooking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only in Lungarno Apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking place for one car is provided.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Airport or in Borgognissanti near the Railway Sation of Santa Maria Novella.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Airport is at about 5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we provide free service from the Railway Station or from the Aiport Amerigo Vespucci of Florence.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest but stop is in front of the building.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Railway Sation of Santa Maria Novella is within 10 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, apartments are equipped with an externel telephone line so that you can access the internet with your laptop.
