Apartment is more spacious than we expected.
The walk to major attractions was longer than we expected; however, the unusual heat may have contributed to that perception.

Lucia picked us up from the station and drove us to the appartment which was very much appreciated.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Vespucci Appartment. Just far enougth away from the city centre to be quiet at night but only a 10 - 15 minute walk to get to everything. Spacious appartment with good quality furnishings so you feel at home.

Lucia was most hospitable. She came to the train station to pick us up and took us to the apartment showing us sights on the way. She gave us some very good hints for our stay in Florence. I will be recommending her to my friends/colleagues should they go to Florence.

The internal shots were the same but the building was slightly different. I don't think the external shot did the apartment justice.

It was very well located, in walking distance to many sights. The view from the front of the apartment was superb - postcard perfect. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

The caretaker was very accomodating for our arrival, even allowing us to check-in a little early since we were traveling with a toddler. She went out of her way to be available and gave excellent directions so we did not enter any traffic zones that we were not supposed to (residents only zones).

We were so pleased to find that the property was exactly if not better, than pictured online. Our caretaker was a lovely, friendly and helpful person who really made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are so very pleased with this particular property. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends!

A large, ecclectic, wonderful apartment in a perfect location. About 25 mintue walk from Ponte Vecchio; 10 minute walk from a major grocery store. Very child-friendly for our 1-year old (she started walking in this spacious apartment!) with perfect kitchen space and equipment for making meals. The caretaker lives next door and was extremely accommodating and helpful. We simply loved it. A very good bargain for the price.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. Lucia was so friendly and helpful! The apartment was nicer than we had expected and so spacious. We will definitely recommend this apartment to friends.

The person greeting us provided useful information about the neighborhood which was very helpful for shopping and generally getting oriented. She was clearly committed to making sure that we were to have a good stay in the apartment.

The apartment is a comfortable place. Cooking, etc were easy. We did not require very much interaction with the staff as things were so well organized. After a few days we had a short list of requests and questions that were immediately addressed. Then everything went very smoothly for the remainder of our two-week stay.

The apartment has a fine location on Arno. It's comfortable and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Florence.

I can't say enough good things about my hostess, Ms. Lucia Cecione. She was helpful, friendly, efficient. The one drawback I had about the apartment may have been one where I deluded myself: it's location. I had assumed that being on Lungarno Amerigo Vespucci meant being much closer to the center of town. I don't recall the map on your website, but the map I was mainly using showed Vespucci starting near the center of town, then trailing off the map. Little did I realize that it's the only Lungarno more than one block long--closer to 1 1/2 kms, I'm guessing--and that the apartment would be at the the far western tip. The Ponte Vecchio sure looked a long ways away. Again, this is probably no one's fault except my own, but I was disapointed with the location. Anything you can do to clarify the aprtment's location in relation to the center of Florence would be helpful.

A nice apartment on a (mostly) quiet courtyard. A short bus-ride from the Ponte Vecchio. But be forewarned, Lungarno Vespucci Amerigo is a loong street, and it's a hike to the center of town. If you want to walk along the river to or from town, you'll have to pass the American Consulate with its small but well-armed contingent of Italian Police guarding the closed-off street. I did so much walking past, I wonder if they were getting suspicious.
