 Trattoria Bibe is the restaurant of the guest house. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Florence, and perhaps the only one that has belonged to the same family for over 150 years. Our grandfather set up this business at the beginning of the 19° Century; he was called "Bibe", which means: "drink!" in Latin. |
 You can find our chicken, as well as grilled meat, "pappardelle" (a kind of pasta) and the soups, the excellent Tuscan cold meats, delicious desserts and special wines. Many customers tell us that it is a piece of heaven. To us as well, who are used to it, it often seems like a place of great privilege. |

 The position of our guest house is very comfortable: close to the center of the city, only 3 km, and next to the exit Firenze Certosa of the Highway A1. From here you can comfortably join Florence with its treasures of art and at the same time the outskirts and Siena and Pisa. Moreover you will find tennis court at 1 km, golf court at 10 km and swimming pool at 2 km from the property. |
