• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartment is self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The balance is always at check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  A little English and...a lot of Italian!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment Spada is on the 3rd. floor. No elevator, but a confortable and large staircase.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, but remember that you are in the heart of Florence!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  It is possible to rent linen and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but not satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Spada apartment is for 4 persons and the dinner table is for 6.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there are many swimming pool in Florence, open all day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  At Florence railway station (500 mt).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or at Florence/Pisa airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport, about 10 minutes away by car.
  Pisa airport is about 1 hour from S.M.N. railway Station (by train, directely from Pisa airport).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  2-5 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The central railway station is 500 mt away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but nearby there are many restaurants, bars, pizzerie.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
