• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. There is no breakfast service.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The balance can be settle upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide 2 changes of linen and bed sheets per week stored in the apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  A mobile phone can be provided on request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there is a large living/dining area suitable up to 4 people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus n. 6 in Via Scipione Ammirato or bus line A in Piazza Beccaria.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Campo Marte, 1 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
