• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speak Italian, English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors, with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet and have a nice view over the surrounding gardens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Not in all the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Not all the rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with Satellite Tv and direct dial telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all the rooms all year long. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes there is a free internet point in the Hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes - free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental available at reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  15/20 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Available on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  2 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  10 minutes by bus/taxi.\
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
