 Three houses on the property have been carefully restored and converted into comfortable guest houses, furnished with family antiques, yet equipped at the same time with modern appliances and conveniences: the "Cappella" and "Nettuno" (along the Garden Avenue), the former belonging originally to the 17th-century Chapel, the latter once an indoor ball court for "palla a corda"; and the "Limonaia" (adjoining the Lemon House), an historic 15th-century farmhouse, which belonged to the family of the distinguished sculptor and architect Bernardo Rossellino. Guests are invited to use the gardens and private swimming-pool. |

located on the bowling green, with views of the gardens, Settignano and the city of Florence. Two entrances, from the green and from the cypress allée, with adjoining private garden. Provided with heating/air-conditioning. Spacious living room with large antique fireplace and terracotta floors; Three double/twin bedrooms each with bath (shower) fully equipped eat-in kitchen. |

located on the bowling green, with windows looking out on the gardens and views of Settignano and Florence. Provided with heating/air-conditioning. Ground floor: large living room with dining room en suite, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors; one double/twin bedroom and bath (shower); fully-equipped kitchen.
First floor (Mezzanine): two double/twin bedrooms with bath (shower); walk-in closet and storage room. |
 Limonaia Apartment - 8 guests - 180 m²:
Two entrances: from the gardens and directly from Via del Rossellino. Provided with heating/air-conditioning. Ground floor: spacious living room with fireplace and characteristic architectural features; kitchen/dining room with large fireplace and wall oven, fully equipped with modern appliances; guest bath and laundry room; beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. First floor: four double/twin bedrooms, three baths with shower or tub (one en suite), windows overlooking the lemon garden, with views of the surrounding hills and valleys.
Villa Gamberaia - 14 guests:
Ground floor: comprising one elegantly-appointed salon, interior colonnaded courtyard, 2 double/twin bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shower/tub, billiard room.
First floor: 5 double/twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower or tub, large living-room leading to a furnished terrace overlooking the garden, dining-room, large kitchen, laundry and elevator. The villa disposes of 3 personnel people.
The ground floor of the villa, comprising two elegantly-appointed salons, one interior colonnaded courtyard, various administrative or meeting spaces, one small kitchen, is available for receptions, conferences, exhibitions, and other functions. |
