• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7.30pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast and full English breakfast on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We ask the all incoming before the arrive.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the villa there are two floors with elevator. Nettuno has one floor and Cappella/Limonaia have two floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our apartments are very romantic and quite.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, at no extra cost. Only the villa has no air-conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes. Close to the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence (10Km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Settignano, 500 meter, number 10.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Campo di Marte Florence (2Km)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, breakfast, lunch and dinner on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
