• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: anytime after 1:00pm of the arrival day.
  Check-out: before 11:30am of the departure day.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not pay in advance.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak fluently English, German, Spanish and a little French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are very quiet since the main street is far away so there is no noise. Also the next neighbours are very far away.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes. You will get one weekly linen change and three changes of towels per week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  "La Fonte Antica" and "Le Fontanine" have a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them have a door to the terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone line in "La Fonte Antica" and "Le Fontanine" apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  "La Fonte Antica" and "Le Fontanine" have access to their private swimming pool equipped with deck chairs and beach umbrellas.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or nearby in Florence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze Peretola, 15 km away from the villa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just 800 meters away from the Villa, the bus-stop is called "Due Strade".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Central railway station, called Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but a fitness center 800 meters away.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect from the room.
