In 1953 La Massa was sold to John Goldsmith and once again to the Searl family transformed it into a Luxory Hotel.

 Since then many famous guests enjoyed their stay at Villa La Massa; Clarke Gable, Winston Churchill, Barbara Hutton, David Niven, Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton just to name a few; more recently David Bowie and Iaman took over the Villa for their wedding. |
