• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Daily prices per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors ( just 15 steps ) and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Many apartments have a terrace; the rooms not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes and it is included in the price
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes,two central heated swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes 2 private parking spaces
• Where can we rent a car?
  Just ask at the reception. In any case you can rent at the train station, at the ariport and in many places in tghe city centre
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola, 10 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Via Gherardo Silvani, 500mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze SMN, 4.5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, steam bath a large Jacuzzi and a personal trainer available three times per week .
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
