• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our full American buffet is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors in the hotel and we have 3 elevators that supply each floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes we have quiet rooms in the side of the hotel that overlook an ancient convent. Romantic rooms are the penthouse suites which are top floor rooms with Jacuzzi bath and private terrace with a panoramic view of the city.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of the rooms do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the rooms do
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms have a TV with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes all the rooms have a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes all the rooms have individually controlled air conditioning with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The whole hotel has Wi-Fi internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the open air swimming pool is open all year around.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a public parking and a private garage are available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a rental car just around the corner.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport is Peretola and is around 10 minutes car and Pisa airport is around 1h by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do organise private transfers for our guests on request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Florence Santa Maria Novella.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station is Firenze Santa Maria Novella, approx 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes there is a fitness center with gym, sauna, steamed bath and relax area.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small dogs are welcome and on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The "Lorenzo de' Medici" Restaurant offers refined cuisine with Tuscan specialities in a romantic and elegant atmosphere. The new "Conservatory" Restaurant in English style design stands out for its large windows that look out onto the Hotel's garden, where it is also possible to have lunch by the swimming pool any time of the year.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
