 Is possible to rent the most beautiful and exclusive portion of the villa divided in 2 floors for a total of 300 sq.m.
Ground Floor
The entrance to the Villa is at the garden level, through one of the sumptuous English arched triple panoramic windows doors at the garden level that gives access to the triple salon on the main floor the Winter Garden.This is a 65 sq.m. salon exquisitely decorated , on one side with elegant couches and a design table in Tuscan marble travertine that seats up to 8-10 guests. Florentine cotto floors and 4 m high vault ceilings frame this magnificent entrance. Two large doors (with gold stucco decorations) communicate the Winter Garden with another triple salon on one side and a bedroom suite on the other side.
The 1st bedroom suite at the ground floor is 50 sq. m. This suite has 4 m high vault ceilings, Tuscan cotto floors, 19th century frescoes on the walls representing landscapes all within a frame of columns. Two french size beds, a bathroom with shower that is hidden behind a door also decorated with tromp d'oeil frescoes.
The triple salon, 60 sq. m., illuminated by two large window doors at the garden level is decorated with oversized couches and armchairs facing the big Tuscan stone chimney from the 17th century. An antique piano, a round table for 8 and elegant furniture complete the decoration.
The 4 m high ceilings and the provencal cotto floors are from the 17th century. From this salon there is a small area that gives access to the kitchen full equipped and to a stone staircase that leads to the first floor. A small half service bathroom completes this main floor. |

The access to the first floor is by the stone staircase between the triple salon and the kitchen where there are
The 2nd queen sized bedroom suite is sunny and with a wonderful view of Florence and it's surrounding hills. Wooden floors and decorations in pink stone and golden travertine, the vault ceilings are 2,80 mtrs high and there is a delightful small chimney in the corner.
A 3rd bedroom with one place and half bed and a small loft-wooden floors and 3 m high wooden ceilings. Both bedrooms ( 2nd and 3rd) have independent access to the elegant triple bathroom fully decorated in Carrara marble. This bathroom has three independent spaces divided each by a door (A + B + C):
A) Jacuzzi plus two sinks room
B) WC plus another sink little room
C) shower room.
The 2nd suite has access to C) shower room and the 3° bedroom has access to A) Jacuzzi . Area B) remains in the middle between A) and C). A walking closet room completes this floor.
** By accordings (price on request) can be added a suite for 2/3 persons (50 sq.m.) and private bathroom en suite. In this case the apartment can accommodate 7-10 people. |
