• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 17.00 pm to 19.00 pm. Please advise by e-mail 10 days before if you have another hour of arrival.
  Check-out: Check out within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is per entire apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. In the rental price is included 1 day italian breakfast box at the check in.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The villa has ground floor and first floor. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided by us. Change of linen once a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there are large balconies and a terrace, patio and gardens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there are large balconies and a terrace, patio and gardens.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are rooms no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. From June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, space for one car in the garden with additional space outside.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence Railway Station (15 km) or at Florence Airport (20 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport is 20 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. We can reserve taxi. Reservation 30 days before the check in.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 20 metres from the Villa (about 3/4 buses a day. Attention ask time information!) to Fiesole downtown (4 km). From Fiesole there are buses every quarter (20 minutes to reach Florence with a bus running every 15 minutes).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence railway station is 15 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
