• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the daily rate of a room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a regular breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors (ground, first and second) , there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  It is the main peculiarity of Relais Villa Antea: quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We are delighted to provide all linen.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a charming courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have a non smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is LCD TV but there aren't international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in every room without any extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, you can use our computer if you need.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we don't have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have some parking spaces that we give to our guests upon request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 2 min walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station is 15 minutes walking from the Relais.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, upon request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
