• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 2 pm.
  Check-out: before Midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A Full American breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors. Only 2 floors with guest rooms on the main building. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The old Monastery has been completely renovated and offers a breathtaking range of possibilities for our guests. Each room has its own unique style and antique furnishing, with only the finest materials used in the design of each spacious room. Most of them with superb views over Florence and the Arno Valley.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The open-air swimming pool enjoys an incredible view across the Arno Valley and Florence. The shade of the olive trees protects the swimmers from the full force of the summer sun.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Florence or with the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Villa San Michele is 12 minutes driving distance from Florence airport and 1h15 from Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private transfer can be organised for guests with an outside company. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the city centre avoids parking problems.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Fiesole.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Main Station - Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  A small gymnasium is available in the hotel containing weights from one to ten kilograms, two bicycles, a treadmill and a step machine.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size dogs and only in the rooms not on public areas.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The "Loggia", the vaulted restaurant terrace with huge arches, during the warmer months offers al fresco dining with breathtaking views of Florence, while the Cloister and the Cenacolo room offer elegant indoor dining. Relax and linger over fresh Italian wines and Tuscan specialities, beautifully prepared by Chef Attilio di Fabrizio and his team.
  Restaurant bar service is available by the swimming pool from Spring to Autumn, in blessed shade. For lunch or a light snack, just enjoy the wonderful views from the vantage point of the Poolside restaurant.
  The Villa's bars serve classic cocktails, vintage liqueurs and light snacks.
  The Loggia Bar is a popular rendezvous for evening cocktails where you can relax before or after dinner and enjoy the stunning views of Florence. From 7pm until midnight during the warmer months a pianist plays, sending gentle music floating on the evening air.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
