  The price is per room/apartment.

  No, breakfast is not included in the price for the appartment but it is included for double rooms.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the accomodations are private and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all the apartments have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one apt.has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a tv in each apartment\room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The double room and one apartment have air conditioning.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.

  Yes, parking is available.

  In Florence at the railway station or in the city centre.

  Yes, there are some grocery stores closed to the property.

  No, we have not.

  "La Pietra" bus stop, 10 minutes from the property by foot.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
