Parking is included in the price. The city centre shuttle service is complimentary. Airport transfers are subject to an extra charge; details available upon request. Access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna is free of charge. Internet access is free of charge. Pets are admitted against an extra charge of EUR 30,00 per night (includes special pet services and supplies).
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs EUR 25,00 per person. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
72 hours, 2 pm local time; in case of no show or late cancellation, the cost of one night will be charged as penalty. For reservations related to Pitti Periods: - from 12 to 15 January 2010: 5 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid the total stay amount charge as penalty for late cancellation. and - from 15 to 17 June 2010: 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid the total stay amount charge as penalty for late cancellation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
