  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in time: from 2:00 pm.
    Check-out time: 12:00 pm.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can settle the bill when you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The hotel has two floor and we do have a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms and suites are very quiet, private, romantic and exclusive.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some rooms have a big terrace, some a small courtyard (see Accommodation).
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    One Romantic Suite has a small balcony (see Accommodation).
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do. Please let us have your preference when sending your reservation.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have LCD Satellite TV, with Internet access directly from TV. All suites have two LCD Satellite TV, with two Internet accesses.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms and suites have dual-line telephone with direct dialling and a PC/modem connection.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms and suites have air conditioning which can be self-controlled. There is no extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    All rooms and suites have Internet (access directly from the TV) as well as a PC/modem connection.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, we have an outdoor panoramic swimming-pool, with a separate whirlpool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, we have a private parking at our property.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the Florence Airport or arrange it through our Concierge.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence (9 Km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We have a shuttle service from and to the center of Florence, to reach the museum and shopping area. For a pickup service at the Airport, please contact our Concierge to arrange for a private transfer.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Just 10 mts. from our main entrance gate, Bus n°13.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is S.Maria Novella (Florence).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    We have a Sauna and a small Gym. Jacuzzi are available in all rooms and suites.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, with supplement. We have a special pet service called "Always Together": your "friends" will find in your room a dog's bed, a dog's bowl and a brochure with a list of the major veterinary, dog sitters, pet food and supplies shops, pet toilets and parks.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, our gourmet Onice Lounge & Restaurant offers both an elegant, refined and trendy ambiance and a sophisticated, tasteful regional and Italian cuisine, with the creations of our young and talented Executive Chef Andrea Accordi.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, all rooms have dual-line telephone and PC/modem connections.
