• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in time: 13,00 - 20,00.
  Check out time before 11,00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/Apartment, and inclusive of breakfast and all taxes.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a very rich mediterranean breakfast served in the breakfast room, or in the courtyard during the summer time.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but is prefered at check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception English language is spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has three floors without elevator (It is an historic Villa).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quit because far from the street, and with many gardens around.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, it is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Apartment has a small courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One room with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in each room without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, Internet/E-mail point in the Property but with extra charge.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage available at 200 meters at Euro 25,00 daily.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the centre of Florence or at the Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence A.Vespucci 7 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
