• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speak English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  1st floor - only 17 steps.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning - only fan.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is only available , on request, at the Hotel Monna Lisa - 15 Euro daily.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All major rental companies are in the Railway Station area.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola airport 30 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus n. 23 from the railway station - Asked for stop at
  Piazza Castellani . Uffizi Gallery.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze SMN 10 minutes by bus.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
