Vipflorence Apartments are perfectly located in the historical centre of Florence, near Santa Maria Novella area, close to the most interesting sites of the city. Only the apartment Cascine is located in the Porta al Prato Area.
There are restaurants, bars, shops, chemists and banks near the property, which is easy to reach on foot from the main railway station. We are also a mere stroll away from the Conference Hall and the Exhibition grounds of the Fortezza da Basso.
Good to know: please let us know in advance at what time you intend to check-in to arrange the pick up of the apartment keys. |

By train: Santa Maria Novella station is the main railway connection from and to Florence and it's only 200 meters far from our property. From the left side exit of the station turn right (notice the Mc Donald's on the left) and walk straight towards "Piazza Dell'Unità Italiana" (a square with an obelisk). Once reached the square notice the Hotel Baglioni and walk towards it. On your left hand side there is a narrow street called "Via del Melarancio". Keep walking in this street for about 100 meters and croos a small square called "Piazza Madonna degli Aldobrandini". You can see San Lorenzo Church, walk towards it. Once you've reached the entrance of the Medicis Chapels Museum you will find us right in front of it at house no. 12.
By plane:
If you are reaching Florence by air we advice you to take the shuttle that will bring you to SMN railway station.
By car:
From Highway Napoli-Milano A1, if you arrive from South take exit Firenze Certosa then follow for city centre and Santa Maria Novella railway station.
If you arrive by car from from North take exit Firenze Nord and then follow for city centre and Santa Maria Novella railway station. We suggest you to park your car in Piazza della Stazione in fixed price garages. |
