• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not served.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, guests may settle the bill upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is at the second floor (80 steps) without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment in the historical centre, so it isn't 100% quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms have no balcony
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the apartment is a non smoking one.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV in the rooms, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, but only for local calls. It is free of charge.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There are internal units in the bedrooms. Only electricity is charged.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a table in the kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is free internet high speed connection (ADSL).
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is no swimming pool
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are some private garages near the apartment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Avis is one of the closest rental agencies.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Vespucci Airport: Approximate driving time is 20 minutes and distance is 6 kilometers. The airport is a short taxi ride from town although it is also possible to Take the half-hourly bus, which transports passengers to Santa Maria Novella Station, 500 meters from the apartment.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a pickup service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via dei Fossi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central railway station (Santa Maria Novella) - 500 meters
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the apartment but full of them are very nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can use Wifi connection from the rooms.
