Warm friendly atmosphere. It was like staying at a friends house. The host prided himself on getting everything just right.

Nice, small, typical Italian B&B hotel with very heartly hotelier and the level of a 4 star hotel.

Well placed, very clean room, friendly, good breakfast. Easy and quick to go to Florence historical center from Fiosole by the bus.

Try to ask for a room with a view, we didn't get such a room but it is clear that there are views to be had and you have to book them
